Hailing from Nashville, Tennessee, Ulika is a competition BBQ team specializing in pork shoulder, ribs, chicken and beef brisket. Founded by 27-year-old Chief Cook Rob Marlow, the team began competing on the Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) circuit in the spring of 2006, entering their first competition at Winchester’s High On The Hog event.
